International secondments
Integral to our six-seat training contract is an international secondment to one of our offices with an English law practice. All of our trainees will spend four months in either Athens, Bangkok, Dubai, Frankfurt, Paris or Singapore.
WFW is one of very few firms to offer this to each and every trainee. In 2023, Legal Cheek highlighted our unique offering in this area by awarding us Best Law Firm for International Secondments.
Typically, as a trainee, you will undertake your international secondment in your third, fourth or fifth seat after a period settling into life at the firm. The experience gained in undertaking this secondment will be invaluable for your development, as is the opportunity to network across the firm, building contacts for the rest of your career.
